Prestea Communicators for Development (PCD) a pressure group in Prestea wish to commend efforts being put in by the Deputy Minister of Lands and Natural Resource, Hon. Lawyer Mrs. Barbara Oteng-Gyasi, who is also MP for Prestea Huni-Valley & MCE, Hon. Mozart K. Owuh over their efforts for the good people of Prestea Huni-Valley. Our Municipality is a gold mining area, and due to government efforts to sanitize Small Scale Mining, some individuals, who are involved in the illegal mining are deeply sponsoring the media and pushing agendas that the government of Nana Akuffo Addo hates them. It is important to note, these people have encouraged illegal mining for centuries, but our community is still in tatters. What they think about is THEIR STOMACH.
