PCD CONDEMNS NDC-PRESTEA HUNI-VALLEY OVER ATTACK ON JOURNALIST AT ABOSSO

 
 
 

 
 
 
The leadership of Prestea Communicators for Development PCD based in Prestea wish to condemn the irresponsible, barbarian and inhumane attack on one of the finest Journalist of Prestea based Energy FM, Mr. Kwaku Azuma by the leadership of NDC led by NDC Constituency Secretary Mathew Ayeh. 

We find it so disheartening, that the roof-top newly branded NDC led by Mr. Mahama, which made so much noise about Ayawaso by-election brouhaha, and " declared BOOT for BOOT in 2020, have on Friday, 18/10/2019 put their boot for BOOT into practice by attacking Journalist carrying out their normal duty of reporting accurately from acclamation ceremony of NDC Candidate Elder Wisdom Cudjoe at Abosso.


We are worried because Prestea Huni-Valley, one of the flashpoints in elections is being ushered into 2020 in a bad note.


We commend Police Officers in Abosso for their timely intervention in saving the life of the Journalist.

According to the voice of Mr. Essilfie, " members of the NDC should vote for any parliamentary candidate put forward by NDC, even if they are incompetent, as far as they are NDC, the members of the party should vote for". This, was reported by Mr. Azuma exactly on Energy FM platform, and Mr. Mathew Ayeh, " in a voice, called Mr. Azuma stupid and foolish, and apparently called on the ndc thugs to pounce on him". It took the Abosso Police Officers to rescue them.

We at PCD call on " boot for BOOT" Mr. John Dramani Mahama of the NDC and Mr. Asiedu Nketia to call their " party in Prestea Huni-Valley Constituency to order".

We further want to alert NDC Prestea Huni-Valley Constituency to " STOP" promising illegal miners that they are coming to make their Mining boom, because, it was Mr. Mahama government that signed a deal with government of Australia in 2015-2016 to " ban any form of illegal Mining and galamsey".

    I also wonder if this PCD is a political party or NPP affiliated group.
    This write up is full of partizan politics and am surprised they call themselves PCD
